You will like them, very subtle but looks very cool! Keep the post with the wire color guide handy, F150Leds does not send instructions. When you watch the YouTube video it is on an STX without led lights. Totally different
Thanx for the info. I may hit you up for help when the time comes. (I am SO ready for this truck!)

Not sure that you looked into the website or not, but I did mine with leftovers from various LED lighting projects. And I did the entire installation from directions off the website page I’ll list here https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1754/7317/files/2021_Vent_Lighting_1__watermark.pdf?v=1623940814
Honestly I could not justify paying $79 for stuff I had or would pay$20 total for.

So i do construction and use 12v led lighting under cabinets. Do you believe that would work? Here is the link to the lights. We use blaze 12v

I believe any quality strip that’s waterproof and to your color liking is usable

My biggest issue was the flexibility of my strips, the 3M were stiff, they didn’t want to conform to the inside curvature of the vent. I ended up heating them to form and used the 3M flex putty to hold them secure. I do have thoughts of replacing them with Amber tho.

I have had mine since January 27 and just hit 31k miles. I have towed my boat weighing about 9k lbs, been off road 2 times, and overall just love driving the truck. I enjoyed my 2015 prior, but took this one to a new level. The B&O Unleashed sounds incredible. Look forward to seeing yours when you get it.

Tremoring4fun did you mount the LED strip where the video showed to put it?
Yes, just inside the vent. I used the cleaner and the glue on the backing of the light did not want to adhere. So I used some gorilla glue. Still used the silicone to protect it though.

Got my side light and front LED's in place. I did not use the adaptors that came with the lights because of loose connections. I ended up cutting a small section of the installation and soldering the wires together for a solid connection. Also, the color of the wires in the instruction may or may not be accurate. Mine wasn't and I had to find the right wire (forgot now what color I used but it works).
