Add me to the list. Got the notice today as well. At least they work fine for me and with the Rain-X washer fluid, it wouldn't really matter much if they stopped working.

Does the Rain-X have any problem with streaking on the roof? I remember years ago putting rain-X on my windshield (the wipe on variety) and it left some oily streaks on the roof. The washer fluid is probably so diluted that it doesn't have that problem.

Does the Rain-X have any problem with streaking on the roof? I remember years ago putting rain-X on my windshield (the wipe on variety) and it left some oily streaks on the roof. The washer fluid is probably so diluted that it doesn't have that problem.

I've used the washer fluid version for years and never noticed any streaking like the old school stuff would do. The only complaint I have with it is on mornings when the windshield is fogged over you have to kick the wipers on every few minutes to clear the glass because it gets covered back up pretty quickly on surface streets. Once you get to freeway speeds it clears up.

Got my recall letter last week. nothing in ford pass but showing on ford.com
"knock on wood" So far so good. sadly, my dads 21 came in last February, has the same recall and still hasnt gotten a replacement wiper motor for his truck yet.

might be time to ceramic coat the windshield and wipers wont be necessary haha

My new truck that is sitting on a dealer's lot and can't be sold because of the parking lamp flicker recall had this one as well. Thankfully the dealer said they have already knocked it out.

They most definitely have the parts for units that have failed or need to be fixed in order to sell, so I wouldn't be too worried about yours unless they fail as it seems that they can readily get parts if need be.

Here’s a pic of what I found. Both on the drivers side.

Those are alignment keys for the assembly line. They aren't needed after assembly, but you can use them to help the wipers operate properly if the knurled knob is damaged.
