Why does Ford hate Tom Petty?

At least it’s only 1 preset. All 10 of mine reset every few weeks.

An OTA is supposed to fix that, but who knows when you'll get it.

I’m pretty sure this an internet only channel, which means it is coming from your phone. If you are using wireless CarPlay/android auto then a Delay in connecting on startup would cause this. If you are using wired be sure to plug in your phone before starting the truck.

That doesn't look like it's coming from carplay or his phone. The picture shows a normal Sirius screen.

Follow-up: I switched the "button" assignment of the Tom Petty Station and another Sirius station and that fixed it. Go figure. Ford's sync engineers would do well to quit adding new features until they get this kind of thing well sorted.

I've noticed that any station I put in the 30th save slot like that never works exactly the same way you are experiencing. If you save something there it will work fine, but come back later and it will only show text of the channel name and skip over it when moving between presets. I only noticed it AFTER I got the radio preset update to fix a problem I never experienced haha. I just resign myself to having 29 saved channels by I realistically dont need that many anyway for what I actually listen to.
