I ordered a Tremor(like lots of others) back in early July and was told in October that Ford was not feeling it. I ordered a black appearance package and was told that wasn't going to happen in a reasonable time either. I ended up purchasing a 2022 F150 Lariat from Granger and took possession in early February.
The hitch comes in when February 2020 I made the mistake of giving my address to Ford to see what was in my local area. No big deal because there wasn't anything I was interested in. Fast forward to June 2021 I had the opportunity to buy a home and move 2 miles down the road. The regional manager for the Ford region that Granger resides apparently took exception to this. I was asked at the time of purchase to provide a bill from the old address and also the new address. I readily complied with this wish and sat back to wait for my check to show up from Ford not playing ball on Tremors in 2021.
10 weeks later I am still waiting for something to happen in my situation. I am not blaming Zach and the folks at Granger, but my frustration is starting to spike with Ford in general. If I couldn't prove that I was the old address wasn't mine it still would be silly that the PCO wouldn't still be claimable. I finally found an address to whom I believe is the regional manager but so far have not heard back.
Is anyone else in this predicament?
