Where to buy ESP for California Owners?

Tax refund came in, and I was about to purchase my ESP through Granger or Flood. Being in California, I can no longer purchase out of state extended warrantees as of 3/1. Does anyone have any success with a California based dealer with the business model similar to Granger/Flood?

Yes I did. I inherited my mom's home in Minnesota and used that address to secure coverage last year. Between Granger and Flood, there was a very small difference between your two offerings with Flood taking the edge.
