Where did my boost gauge go

I had the trailer brake recall done on my truck today and now my boost gauge is missing and appears to be replaced with a transmission temp gauge.

I know the recall was to reprogram the computers. I took it in to have it done because on one of the legs of the trip I am on the trailer brakes wouldn't activate. So now my trip back home will be safer, but I won't know if I am staying out of boost.

Is there a setting I can change to get it back?

Found it under the right gauge selection.

Some updates will reset the IPC to default, and it sounds like that's what happened to you.

The boost gauge is a user selectable setting in the setting screen on that display; it got reset to default. Just go into your settings on that display and re-select / apply it.

Yes I tried saying I figured out how to set it to the boat gauge with the second picture. You go into setting then look for the right or left gauge to change.

You can't have it up full time, but I think there's a boost option in the menu somewhere for you.

ya, I found it, swapped it out for the tranny temp gauge

Yep you can have it all the time on all modes. It just threw me off because it disappeared.

This morning I noticed my dash settings went back to stock, I was hoping it was something along the lines of an OTA update and not the beginning of my APIM dying

The fun part is that the boost gauge, along with other configured gauges and my view selections will reset randomly. I have to reconfigure mine once or twice a week. Does anyone know if any of the updates have resolved that?

Yep you can have it all the time on all modes. It just threw me off because it disappeared.

The user was asking about 301A models, which don't have a fully digital IPC as an option. I am not sure if it can be enabled full time with their display or not, but I know it can at least be viewed.

yeah, its there full time. Or at least it was still there this morning after I switched it yesterday
