Where are the upfitter switches?

You can get a super duty with these pre-wired switches. I believe they were available (standard?) on the Raptor, too. They're not an option in the b&p for the the f150, though. Any idea whether you can buy the module and install it yourself? Might not be compatible with the shape of some part of the new interior, I suspect.

The lack of upfitter switches does suck when you have to additional lighting like we do (construction vehicle, we need to add Saftey strobes front and back). With the power boost system and all the extra sensors for 360 Copilot, the last thing we want to do is turn this over to someone without experience with this kind of complex electrical system to start tying in additional circuits. With a long history of working on 12 volt electronics (I am a child of the 90’s car stereo craze ) I know there is a right way to do it and a wrong way, and we leave all of this work on our fleet to professionals who do it day in and day out, but these days even the right way done by a professional aftermarket up-fitter feels like a voided warranty waiting to happen......

IMO, hardware switches for certain features (ProPower, bed & surround lights, auxillary add-ons) would be preferable to wading through sync to find all that stuff.

Agreed to the hard wired switches. But feel Ford missed a great marketing option in not offering a bank of switches under the hood operated from a screen page on the sync4 similar to the surround adaptive lighting page.

While not a hardware switch. You can set the favorite button (in the middle of the bottom of the 12" screen) to ProPower or Zone Lighting for one touch access.

Having also looked at the F250, I have been looking into how to do this and there are a few tutorials on how to add the upfitter switches to the previous gen. F150.

I haven’t looked into it since getting my truck, since I have been busy trying to get my misaligned doors fixed.

Since I wanted a single cab, I couldn’t even order a sliding rear window.

I had the center console version in my 2013. Definitely should’ve been an option.

This kit be nice for an upgrade for my truck that doesn't have the up fitter switches. Another upgrade that Ford would make some money is the work surface area. Also, my truck doesn't have. Considering I have a 2022 F150 Platinum, it should have all the bells and whistles.

There are multiple kits to do this, many people have completed this. Pretty sure there is another thread about this.

But for the cost I don’t think I’d go oem, I’d go aftermarket
