Whew baby, sounds like a lot of Friday afternoon shift-produced trucks in this thread!
So far, so good on mine through 3,000 miles. I did have unraveling masking tape everywhere on mine, but that's a minor annoyance. Alignment, gaps, fit and finish are spot on and no rattles. Oil level has been constant in the 5.0. I saw the porous block TSB and inspected for that: negative. Only quirk I've noticed is that at the very end of a trip, if I'm still in sport mode, she does a little bit of a rough downshift from 2nd to 1st when I'm coasting to stop in my driveway. It's almost like she's saying, "go fast, not slow when you select Sport Mode, dillweed!" When I remember to dial to Normal Mode coming down my lane, it's not an issue.
After reading about so many gremlins, I'm sort of happy to have bought a more sparse trim level without all the bells and whistles that cost $20-30K more and go boom, leak, or draw down the battery.
