What made you choose Lariat over XLT

People are talking about the 12" instrument cluster when they say "screen".

Gotcha ... yeah you’re right and that is very nice. Although I go back to the Chevy Silverado now that I was comparing to and I can’t believe how small the screens are and how dated their interior looks.

Nope. You are both right. Lariat 501 gets you reflector. 502 gets you projector. XLT to Lariat
502 gets you 12k deeper in debt unless you pay cash.

It was the power folding and telescoping tow mirrors for me. Couldn’t get those on the XLT, otherwise I would have probably gone that way. I am happy that I upgraded, now just waiting for my truck to be built.

For me, the leather and ventilated seats are a must, also the all digital dash was something I wanted. Now if I can get my truck off of Ramp 59.

Lariat is grossly overpriced next to an optioned XLT.
Ford knows it.
Still going to overpay for the Lariat.

I want Leather seats, I want the 502A, I want...

XLT can deliver, I've driven my 2015 XLT SCAB for 6 years now, it has been the longest running/most reliable vehicle I've owned in my entire life.

I could save a fair sum on a 21 XLT over a 21 Lariat, but I won't. Personally, I think the better question is why KR, Limited, Platinum over Lariat? I was asking the same question you're asking when I bought my XLT 6 years ago. So maybe in 6 years I'll be justifying a KR ?‍.

I figure if you are going to spend this kind of money, what’s a little more....lol. I did Lariat as I wanted the full tech experience including the glass cockpit. I didn’t consider plat or KR as I didn’t like the badging. My Lariat has just about everything they have.

Some may need some verification in regards to what actually is not available on the XLT but I just wanted to point out that if you chose the Lariat for the leather, Katzkins has an absolute buttload of leather options ranging from $1000-1500 CDN that I can say from first hand experience is better quality than Ford factory leather seats.
The colour options alone are quite stimulating ?
