I am curious to know what folks are getting for MPG for around town and for any highway trip in the real world. I don't expect that towing would see any improvement over the 3.5 Ecoboost, but lots of us buying these are getting them in hopes of overall improved mileage.
One detail that I would find helpful in this thread is for folks to state their tire/wheel details and lift or stock -

Mine is still stock, platinum, 6.5’ bed, FX4.....

‘I have not reset the trip or mileage since I took it from the lot. My best trip was 20 miles or so at over 30mph. My average since taking the truck is 18.1.

‘I am coming from a 2017 EB f150 where I averaged 14mph. (So it is likely how I drive, but still a good increase).

Ok, I have a 4x4 sport XLT PB with factory 20" AT tires. Just about ready to put in my second tank of gas. Im at 20.1 MPG with a total of 533 miles with 91 octane. I think my electric miles is about 25 percent. Driving around town and some freeway in mostly normal mode and not babying it too much. A few full power runs thru the first 5 gears a few times. Next tank of gas will be 87 octane and more freeway driving. My 2016 4x4 with 5.0 and 3.55 on stock 17s got 15.5 in same type of driving so I am pretty happy.

I just made a run to Ann Arbor today. 66 miles mostly interstate and showed 22.X both ways on the LOM trip summary that pops up when you shut down the truck. I haven't bothered to hand calculate and to be honest I doubt I ever will.

Let me add some clarification to the powerboost gas mileage questions.
First of all very few people say if they have a 2 or 4 wheel drive.
Second it depends on the rear end gear ratio
Third all mileage will be more once it is broken in about 10k
Forth, is it in eco mode or regular, and how do you drive
Fifth, powerboost does better in city traffic than on the highway.
So please be specific with your questions and answers and it will probably help. Also this is a Powerboost site not for the 5.0 engines

Fair enough. From what I understand all Powerboost trucks have 3.73 rear ends. I don't think you can get them with anything else. Correct me if I am incorrect.
My experience is that Eco mode is better in city driving and Normal is better on the Hwy.
The biggest difference between the 2 modes is in the acceleration when you leave a light or stop. Eco keeps the acceleration in the sweet spot of fuel use.
I can tell you that there is about 1.5 to 2 mpg difference between Regular gas and Premium. Premium does get you more.
Regular gas average tank was 22 mpg or 10.6L/100km and premium is 24 mpg or 9.8 L/100 km. Mine is a 4x4.
3.73 rear end. I have 3900 km's on the vehicle around 2400 miles.

Mileage above is based on doing the speed limit and a combination of city and hwy driving.

I have not hand calculated it yet, just what the computer is showing.
There definitely is a performance increase using premium 91 octane.,have not tried 93 yet.

You can feel it in the engine and the way it accelerates to speed with throttle input. Less throttle using premium than Regular to achieve the desired acceleration.

Winds, temperatures and I would say road surface also impacts fuel mileage on this truck. I am switching to Michelins from Goodyears and I will see if there is a millage increase and let the group know.
By far the most powerfull, and refined truck I have ever driven. It is just awesome.

400 miles on my stock 4x4 PB W/ 20”, best I’ve seen was 23 MPG on a short 30 mile run of mixed city and highway.

my average is 20.5 MPG over the total 400 miles..
Really hoping I can average 23 MPG after bed cover install and learn more tricks to keep in electric mode.
