Just refueled the other day. Computer showed 19.9 mpg, but hand calc was 19.1 mpg. Its kind of weird because if I drive 10+ miles I almost always get over 20mpg, sometimes up to 25mpg per the computer. I also live in Denver so altitude is a factor, as well as having 34" BFG K02s.

I think this is the best I’ve gotten. Then again in reality it’s probably 2MPG less than what the computer actually shows.

This is what I got driving home from a 6 day camping trip. Just 70 miles away. Since it was mostly some rolling hills, and relatively short ones at that, I had it in Normal drive. I did lock out 8, 9, 10 gears though, in order to keep the turbos mostly quiet.

Come and drive them on Pittsburgh roads, won't even average 20MPG on a regular drive. I have 2500 miles and so far I am at 18.6MPG. I only go into office about once a week, which is 12 miles away, I usually average 26-29MPG on the trip to work and on my way back its usually 18-20. By the way, this is all is eco mode as well. My old 2018 EB, I was getting around 13 around town so this is a big upgrade for me but I am hoping I start getting around 20 around town.

This is what we got this weekend. Redding, CA over the mountains to Winston, OR. Then west over the mountains to Coos Bay, down the coast to Eureka, CA and back over the mountains to Redding. A lot of climbing, turning and downhill. The last 3/4 were with a Leer shell on the back. I’ve got to say, I’m happy with it. It would’ve been better, but two hours of it was 10 mph driving through a safari.

Getting 23.3 very consistently Mix of City/Highway (70/30), pre level and new tires, just leveled and changed to 33's so will see what that does to it.

3200 miles, AC constantly on (110 degrees in the desert) and getting 17.7mpg (overall) and dropping. 4x4, Leveled with 33s. One long trip (8+ hrs) and a couple 3 hr. trips of mostly highway, the rest is in town. Best tank that I got was 20 mpg. Ran both Eco and Regular and seems to do better in Regular. I liked the fact that I was in electric mode when 4x4 was engaged on a rugged trail and driving on slow dirt roads. I've tried babying it and then driving normal (not stomping on gas or slamming on the brakes) and no more than 5mph over.

Still waiting on Ford to do my buyback. @Ford Motor Company

Curious oddity I encountered is that I started to put in regular grade Instead of premium and my MPG increased 1-1.5 MPG.

Transmission shudders like crazy now but guess I'll deal with it while having lower fuel costs.

My wife drove it 500 miles north then back. 8 MPG there and 12 back. Crazy bad.

One other question, does anyone else have a leak or carbon buildup of the e haust directly under the drivers ers seat e haust pipe? I have been repeatedly told this is by design but that doesn't seem right to have a purposeful exhaust leak under the passenger cabin. If not mistaken isn't that against US laws due to harmful toxins and potential CO2 buildup?

1500 miles on the truck. Stock 18 tires, no lift or anything. Just a tonneau and bedliner added. Averaging 21.6mpg hope to see it go up once we get some cooler temps and I'm not using ac as much

I’d say your mileage typically gets worse with the cooler temps. AC compressor on or off doesn’t make much of a noticeable difference in modern cars and the one on the PB is not even engine driven.

I’m gonna hook up Forscan here soon and see if I can figure out how much of a draw the compressor is on the hybrid battery. I find when it’s really hot and the compressor is running much harder than normal, my EV use is significantly reduced, which might make sense if the A/C is pulling hard on the small battery. I definitely lose mpg when weather is > 90

Well thats sweet on the ac then! Im not saying cold temps just in the 70s would I think be a sweet spot. This 98 degree crap sucks

True, 65-75 is probably the sweet spot for the performance. Right there with you, I can’t wait for the summer to be over 🥵
