That’s a nice jump 500# lbs.I didn’t realize that would of put me at 2164.Nice to know the next one I will get that thanks for the info.
That makes me laugh. I had a 21 F250 Lariat Powerstroke FX4 with pano. It only had 2100 lb payload. If I were to get another SuperDuty, I would get the F250 with HDPP or a F350.

i will most likely take heat
but if your pulling a 25 foot trailer, ALOT , as in long trips of 4 hrs our more, and or many trips per month
a super duty f250 lariat or king ranch is still an affordable option, plus lots of payload 2200lbs, superior engine braking, etc. but opt for the heavy tow package to boost it a bit
6.7 an 3.31 gears 4x4 still gets 22 or more mpg empty and very good loaded
i like my 150 and if my situation had not changed, i would have kept the 250, it really towed heavy weight 12k lbs really well.
i will use my 150 to tow my same trailer, with loads, but not near 10k lbs , and probably only once in a while for short distance

bottom line
buy what makes you happy and fits into your lifestyle, garage, etc

Agreed. A Super Duty would pull my trailer and whatever we get next easier.
But, it's more expensive and for the 95% of the time I'm not towing, the EcoBoost is better on fuel for my 60 mile daily commute. To each their own.
