Ok my truck shows in production(since 4/28) with a blend date of 5/5 and an ETS 4/28. What is "blend date" actually? Wife asked me and I had no idea. Don't know have to ask.

I wish I could tell you. I don't even know where you find that date. From the tracker, this is all I see on mine, and today the dealer told me it was produced 4/21 and could be delivered between 5/12 and 5/18, yet the tracker doesn't even acknowledge it shipped.

This is all I could ever find not my answer just sharing what I found
"in a nutshell, blend/rotation numbers are a pool of reusable numbers assigned to vehicles that are used to determine order of build because vehicles are not built in VIN order. With this truck, it had a blend date of February 4, 2015 (20150204) and a blend number of 5104"

Seems like Blend date is the start of production. It might not be completed on that date, but it's the date (and the sequence number) when the parts for the truck will be loaded on the line and blended until they form a truck ?

so your build date got pushed and the window sticker never updated
My blend date was 04/08, then the Dearborn plant shut down that week. My sticker still has that same blend date. Tracker says "in production 4/21". Assuming it was built on 4/21 and its waiting for the Bedliner and possibly chips. ETA end date is 5/23. Dealer has told me nothing.

On the JCT Pals trucking tracker, when I enter my VIN it says "pending". Really want this thing by Memorial Day....

My status has shown "in production 4/21/2021" now since 4/21/2021 and estimated dealer delivery 5/18/2021. But window sticker is dated 4/30/2021 and hasn't changed. I'm greeted with this message:

"Built" and "Shipped" are empty. So I'm thinking it either got parked waiting for semiconductors or it got shipped but not recorded. Either way, it feels like the updates in Ford's system are MIA.

If it makes you feel any better, mine isn't built or shipped, and is expected to arrive at the dealer on 4/9/2021.

I'm envious. Yours must be including a Time Machine. :)
I guess we are learning not to believe everything we read.
SOMEDAY, we will get our trucks.

Yes - a blend date is @ top center of you window sticker. It's means the production line has the parts and postion to begin the build.

Given the situation Ford is facing, they need to develop a blend date that shows when the production line has the parts to FINISH the build. I guess they are exempt from the expression "don't start something you can't finish" :)

The date on the bottom of the sticker is the date that the window sticker and blend date is generated.

The blend date is when assembly is scheduled to begin.
