What did you do WITH your F-150 today?

Picked up a patio table from Depot and removed my Lomax cover to haul for the first time (easy).

Does the lomax feel stable or flimsy hauled like this? I’ve had to do this with my extang solid fold (1” thick panels) without issue. Lomax or leer 650 are in the running for my soon to be 2022 Truck.

I'm pretty impressed with the Lomax build quality, ease of install, and ease of use. It pops out easily, and I wouldn't describe it as flimsy at all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Seconded. Mine is the rebranded weather tech one. It’s been solid, and hasn’t leaked. My only issue is that I was brushing maple seeds off the side of the bed yesterday, and the tonneau cover sliced the tip of my finger open (closed right away because it was such a clean cut at least). It super sucks that the aluminum edges are unfinished.

Apart from a couple of businesses that I run, I have free time in the morning that would otherwise be occupied by watching news and/or couch surfing. I've been doing Roadie gigs for the local Home Depot with my F150 and the better-paying ones are for the larger loads that only a truck can handle. Average after a month of these gigs is about $1.28/mile (round-trip) and $24.12/hour (same).

Be hard to make a living doing this, but it gets me off the couch in the mornings and I'm out driving my truck at 6am when it's gorgeous outside. Truck life is good.

Not today, but a couple weeks ago I spent 9 days, most of which were 100 degree days, parked in my daughter's driveway in my Winnebago trailer, powered by my trusty Powerboost. Over the first five days of running the AC about 16 hours a days, along with all the other power needs coffee maker, lights, device charging, computer etc. I used 18 gallons of gas.

Currently powering several appliances, battery backed sump pump, and small items (fan, cell phone chargers) from my Powerboost since we lost power. May need to look into a house back up connection for the 240V so I don't have to run extension cords lol. First time I've used the ProPower.
