Trip to indoor SX track for my son ... dark when we got home, so got to try out the zone lighting 👍

Went mountain biking and dropped off recycling. Had to get creative with bungees, I do wish there were tie-downs closer to the bed, but overall no issues and nothing flew away, lol!

What did I do today, I modified those thingies attached to the body just front of the rear wheels. I'm sure I voided my "aerodynamic warrantee" or something, but what are they, they probably have some purpose, but still. I modified them, it looks so much better than this "after thought" hanging down ready to reach out and grab anything that comes in its path.... you could just remove them, but then there is large hole on the outside for a press to clip thing and three screws to hold this thing on.....

Skipped on NYE celebrations to join friends for a sunrise mtn bike ride followed by pancakes and coffee. Tailgate is the perfect height for the Coleman!

That's a much better way to bring in the new year than drinking the old one away and starting the new year hung over. Kudos to you

Haha yeah we’ve done it for a few years now. Never been a big late-night partyer so it works well for us!

Packed it up for a weekend ski trip up island (250km away). Truck handled everything like a dream, so much more confidence when the weather turned nasty than the ole minivan. And mileage wasn’t too bad. I did a quick payload check and I reckon I had about 900lbs total with family and dog. The bed was FULL (any longer of a trip, meaning more food/clothing, I’ll have to add a topper or rack/ski box combo) but I could have packed it differently too.
Mileage to the base of the ski hill (which included ~1 hr of stop/go traffic) was 21mpg; avg at the top after going 4x4 up 20% grades was about 19). Also tried the “lane reminder” function: marginally useful IMO.
Once I got to the parking lot, tried “Deep Mud/Snow” mode and I found it pretty jumpy- even more responsive than Sport mode.

Picked up a new box blind that my brother found on clearance and also made use of the longer bed. The ATV fit perfectly after I removed the revolver bed cover.
