I’ve never taken the time to screw mine together, just drive up whatever was available…In preparation for the oil changes, I made new ramps for my new truck. I looked at what is being sold now and just do not like that "waffle pattern" plastic. I have used solid wood for 40 years so I am sticking with that.
This gives me 6+ inches of lift which has always been enough in the past. I used 2x12's this time and the base is 45 inches long. I made it longer to accommodate a car with a lower cowl in the front. I sprayed the bottom with Flex Seal and man that stuff makes for some grip.
Now you will not be carrying these all over the neighborhood unless you want to start singing soprano but standing them up in the garage and using on the concrete or driveway is fine. Rock solid.
Looks much cleaner.Got rid of the chrome caps Ford feels the need to install on a truck with the SAP.
Reconfigured my WDB's from the Tacoma to the new F150. May need a slight adjustment after it's loaded for my trip next week.

I feel like this with the creeper and then once it gets leveled on bigger tires... Might be able to sit up under it.
