What did you do TO your F-150 today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

The back up lights was not too difficult. Tapped into the hot wire coming into the cab for my rear air bags. Grounded at bumper. It’s a little cozy under the dash. Get a few plastic trim removal tools, they help a bit. Lights were 12”x1” LED.

Hi everyone...new here. I got my Black Widow in Dec. I've done a few mods since getting -- clear bra, tonneau cover, and front parking sensors. Today I added the F150Leds ambient lighting kit.

On the center console led, is it just a strip under the plastic that shines through the crack or an actual strip on the plastic?

Brought mine home today! Truck was Line-X'd and tonneau installed prior to pick-up.

Threw in the DeeZee bed mat and Husky floor mats this evening. Still need to install the wheel well liners when I can get it cleaned up and swap out the antenna for the Rydonair.

That's actually a separate lighting kit from F150LEDs. It's a small round led strand that does indeed go up under the plastic and shine through the crack. I think it adds a real nice touch.

I had my dealer install the Rostra kit. It looks OEM on the outside and in the cab you get a separate little display that they mounted right in the bottom center of the instrument cluster. It beeps and shows actual distance (in inches) to whatever is in front of you and it only activates at very low speeds.

that's awesome, my STX doesn't have the front sensors, and this is just right up my alley for garage.

How much was the kit, and cost to install?

Kit is relatively cheap--less than $200. It was $500 total to have the dealer aftermarket team install it. I had them do it in case they screwed up my bumper while installing, they'd be on the hook to replace it.

Ranch Hand Legend GGF21HBL1C. (with camera cut out.) they offer one without as well. Install was easy.
Front parking sensors work as normal.
No affect on lane centering or adaptive CC. (doesn't interfere with the sonar)
Front camera view and 360 degree camera look a little off on the front but it still works pretty well. I can post pictures of the camera views if needed.

So last I checked Ranch Hand and others were shipping 2015-2020 hardware mounts, which were not designed for the 2021. My dealer said if the mounts were correct there should be no camera picture being off and no need to fiddle with anything other than possibly having to cut some trim near the tow hooks.. Do you know if the mounting hardware is correct for2021 because I need a grill guard?
