I retrofitted the 12" digital gauge cluster into my 2023 F150 XLT using a 2024 F150 XLT cluster bezel. Swap took about an hour.

The cluster came from @Livnitup, brand new cluster with a 2 year warranty at a great price. Cluster swapped in without an issue. Hardest part was to get the mileage to line up, especially since I'm a bit OCD. Did some math, went on a one way trip down a highway, turned back at halfway, and did laps of a giant parking lot until I got it lined up to 1/10 of a kilometre.
For the bezel surround, I bought part RL3Z-15044D70-AB. It was about $350 CAD before using some Fordpass points. I had to modify the top dash with a dremel, took about 5 minutes to prep the tape and tarp to prevent plastic dust from getting everywhere, and 5 minutes to mill down a ledge used to retain the OEM bezel. You can see these ridges in this photo:
This ledges interferes with the three clips on top of the bezel surround in red.. the bezel surround will pop in, however these top three clips are not secured. The 24+ XLT top dash has slots for them to clip into. The surround is still held in place with three clips and three bolts so it won't come out unless you grab the top of the bezel on the left side and pull hard.
The top of the bezel is so thin that on certain impacts it'll resonate since it's not fully secured. I used weatherstripping to give it some mass and on top of the clips to ensure that it was snugly against the top dash and I haven't had issues.

Chose the Viofo after seeing a reasonably comprehensive comparison that takes into account different lighting conditions etc all mounted in same car at same time...

I just installed my VIOFO A229 Pro a couple weeks ago. I love it and it’s been awesome! The quality in the videos are second to none!Finally got around to installing the new Viofo A329 2 channel (front and rear) dashcam in the truck with the Dongar mirror power, along with the 4D Tech Auto Start stop.
Chose the Viofo after seeing a reasonably comprehensive comparison that takes into account different lighting conditions etc all mounted in same car at same time...

Great job!Figured my first post would be here. I'm old and my wife has mobility issues so I installed F250 OEM running boards. Don't hate the look and function is much better. Was pleasantly surprised to find that the F150 had the studs for the middle set of hangers.

Did you mount that above the fuse block with velcro?Onboard Noco put in today. Tired of failed updates and low charge messages. Upped SOC as well.

I've got it up behind the mirror... only see the bottom edge. If it hadn't been for my toll tag forcing it lower I wouldn't see it at all...
