At what trim level are auto-adjusting headlights included or offered? I see this one is a Platinum. I’d assume it’s not available on an XLT 302A?
Also, as the owner of a 2000 XLT with dim yellowish halogen lights, I can say the pure white beams projected in this video are pure nirvana.
Those are the LED projector headlights . They come with the Lariat 502A package or any King Ranch, Platinum, or Limited trim.

$$$$$ yikes.
Also, if the sensor ever goes bad, you could have two headlights pointing in 2 different directions. I picture Steve Buscemi...

There is a sensor on the front driver side as well. I’m told the sensors are for ABS

Maybe something to do with the Roll Stability Control?

Thanks for the video! I should be getting my truck sometime soon. I am very nervous about installing the level because of all the cameras and new tech. This has helped.

Have you noticed any issues with the tech or cameras after the level?

After the level did the 360 cameras become off or misaligned? I saw a thread on this issue in the previous generation.

I haven't had any of the following issues. Everything works perfectly. The ONLY thing I haven't tested yet is the auto parking feature.

Everything works for me, which I expected. It would be pretty bonkers if these systems just crapped out anytime you loaded up not even 3/4 payload

Those height sensors are only for the headlights on trucks without dynamic suspension. They are only on the driver side front and rear.

Trucks that are 21.5 and have the onboard scales and VDM they are at each corner and built into rear shocks. Then they are for the scales and the headlamps but their signal feeds to the vdm and the vdm sends the height info to the hcm.

Not for ABS at all - for headlight leveling

I have the auto adjusting lights. Added a 2” front and 3/4” rear lift. Afterwards, my headlights were aimed way too low. Pulled up to garage next to our 19 expedition to gauge the headlight cutoff. I ended up adjusting mine several turns to bring them up. Now it’s perfect. Zero flashing from others and I can see more than 3 feet in front of me.
