I guess I have a pending update, I looked when I saw the thread get posted and it didn’t show anything from the last 90 days. Now it’s showing that, guess my truck didn’t get the memo though lol checked for updates on the touchscreen and still shows the completed 6.5.0 update. My luck, it’s just another phantom showing on the website

No, that's legit, you have an update waiting to be installed. A phantom will not show up in Fordpass as there's no information for a phantom to display.

Finally, I’ve only been sitting on the 6.5.0 phantom update for since march lol
You may want to fully charge your battery before you start that update, it's cold out and your battery's SOC could be very low. And a low SOC will result in a failure to install.

Dumb question but what's the latest version? Apparently I have had an update since I've owned the truck (late Sept '24).

Yeah I’ll probably toss it on the Charger, although where I live (Virginia), we’ll go through every season in a week lol yesterday was in the 50’s and today and tomorrow was/will be in the 70’s… only for it to drop back into the 30-40’s🤦🏻‍♂️

Your in good shape with your 2024 there! Your SYNC version is 24145, so you're already ahead of the game as the 21 to 23 trucks are just receiving 24127 right now, I wouldn't expect your truck to receive an update until sometime in the new year.

Doesn't show anything for my Truck.
Most likely confusing my truck with my wife's 2022 Explorer, which is SYNC 3.

EDIT: now I just get an error... "We apologize for the error. We are working to correct it and request you try again later.:"

Well, after recieving numerous OTA updates over the past two years, this page says (about my '22 Lariat):

"Your vehicle does not feature the technology to receive the type of software updates reported here. Please reference our SYNC and Navigation page to learn about about the capability of your system and any available updates:"

What a hot mess.

Depending on what credentials you use to login to Ford.com, the VIN(s) associated with those credentials are what the URL is querying against.

Do you have FordPass setup for the correct VIN? I think you would use the same credentials you use for FordPass.

I have two vehicles in FordPass. They both are available in the OTA History URL.

I've got the same message and I'm positive my VIN is right. The Mach E shows no updates for 90 days, the F150 shows does not qualify for OTAs.

Both vehicles are registered to my FordPass account, which is also my FDRS login as well.
VIN are correct and everything else works just fine.

Well if more than one fella is reporting the bug, that's enough evidence to convince me it is indeed a bug.

Database select statement must be less than perfect? :(
