Vehicle lock/unlock/start functions not working in FordPass now

Sorry if this has already been covered...

Lock/unlock/start functions used to work fine in FordPass.
Vehicle received ECG-24.2.5.6.1 OTA on 9/9, which is a GWM update I think. Don't know for sure if it's related.
Running FordPass version 5.5.0 on my Android phone.
Getting errors whenever I try to lock/unlock/start through FordPass app now, which is a recent development. Any ideas?

@pavementends I just tried mine using my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) and it worked.

I see the issue
You named your truck panda express
Mine works on both ford's, where as it was Uber sketchy before on the explorer sync3.
The truck sync 4 responds on lock or unlock within 30 to 45 seconds
The explorer is in the 45 seconds range

Version 5.6 of FordPass was just released for IOS and Android. You might want to try updating the software.

my normal avg here is 18
but when i filled up yesterday it stopped at 30 gallons as my .40 per gallon was only for 30 gallons, so i was shy about 2 gallons from full that wold have put me higher a smidgen

Ok, I've been averaging 22.8 on my current trip with the 5 0. filled up this morning DTE was 805 at fill up.

Could the issue be the state of charge of the truck battery is low and disabled some remote features?

mine worked fine. I hit lock door then slide to start.

I had the same issue yesterday (just another issue to add to the list). Tried it a few times and it finally kicked in. No issues today though, so might have just been a network connectivity thing.

Yep, mine's working fine again today.

I got a notification last week that that my remote services were disabled to conserve energy. First time I've gotten one in the two and half months of ownership. Resolved itself the next day.

Check your messages in the app. You may have received similar.

I have had this issue on another vehicle(23 Mav), they had to replace the TCM

I just tried my Ford Pass Android on 5.5 (5.6 not available yet to me) and both the unlock and remote start features failed. I haven't received any notices that my battery is low lately. I did see a new recall due that I hadn't seen below. In addition to the rear axle half-shaft replacement, I now have a new one PCM reprogramming and catalytic converter replacement if required.

Ok, I've been averaging 22.8 on my current trip with the 5 0. filled up this morning DTE was 805 at fill up.

I put 27.5 gallons in mine yesterday and it went all the way up to 480 DTE. I was like WTH!! Driving home it eventually climbed over 500, but not by much.
