Hi,
I’m looking to purchase a 14-30P Male Plug to 2x 30amp TT30R Splitter for my ProPower/30amp Trailer.
I want the splitter so that if one of the ProPower Circuits fails, then I can just plug my RV into the other one (as long as that is still working), or if we are camping with Friends, my Truck can power both our Trailers on separate circuits.

I saw the below Cable at a great price ($42 🇨🇦) but it is a 14-50P cable, so the same as what I’m looking for but rated for 50 Amps, would this be safe to use?

Those plugs should be different.

The plugs will be different as stated, and while I haven't tested it, I'm pretty sure if one circuit trips, the entire system shuts down. It won't shut down just the A (or B) circuit and keep the other running.

I have multiple RV's and one is 50A while the others are 30A

With what you see below I have options.
The 50A dogbone connects to the ProPower. If I need to power a 30Amp RV (or TWO!) I can use the 50A<>2-30A dogbone

Not pictured is another dogbone I now have that connects directly to ProPower and splits the 2 banks into 2-30Amp RV receptacles, which is easier than using the two pictured below

7200/240 = 30

But really it's
3600W bank1/120V = 30A
3600W bank2/120V = 30A
We added one of this inline (no wiring needed - plug and play):

https://softstartup.com/

Something you might want to consider for your 50A trailer if you don't already have soft starts installed in your A/C units.

I have a softstart on the RV I live in. It's awesome.
I have not experienced any shortcomings with powering my tiny house from the Powerboost. I pinch myself everytime I've used it.

Is it 7200 continuous running or max for a couple cycles (200ms or something)

just curious, I don’t have pro power because I don’t like idling my truck longer than I have to. But it’s a cool option

It's capable of continuous based on documentation. However, in real practice my RV barely consumes a fraction of that.

Also note that it doesn't require the truck to idle continuously. Not even close.
If the weather is nice and the Air Conditioner load isn't in play, the truck will only need to run for a minute or two every 15-19 minutes.

I should of added my Trailer is 30 amp, but it sounds like it is ok to plug a 110/50 amp cable (with 2x 110/30 amp pigtails) into the ProPower to power my 30 amp RV (and possibly my buddies as well).

I just didn’t want to get the 50 amp cable and then find that it was to high a rated cable and causes issues (as you can tell I’m not an electrician).

I just cannot seem to find a 110/30 amp (4 prong) with 2x 110/30 amp outlets cable at a good price, there are some around but at 3x the price of the 50 amp cable

Being in Canada 🇨🇦 it is harder to get certain things, this being one of them, it doesn’t show up on amazon.ca, that is why I was asking if the similar design but a 50 amp version (readily available) instead of 30 amp would be safe to use?

Rating is not the issue, you could always use a higher rated cord, just you will pay more and it will be heavier (weight).

But your issue is you HAVE to look at the plugs. Look at the plug in your truck (female) and then look at the (male) pins/blades on what you are purchasing. Of course this one you linked will NOT work!
