so what were seeing is no 21's or 22's can get this to work? but it works on 23's?
the 23's have different IPMA if i recall?

I recall that Jesse-Infotainment said all ipma were the same?
"APims are the same. Software is changing adding newer items"

Does anyone know the last Ota update that targeted/included the ipma?

Guess I’ll continue to follow this. I haven’t done any changes but if it didn’t work on one 22 already I’m sure it won’t on mine. Mines an early 22 that has no deletions but may not have the right software bc it’s an earlier build. May have to wait for an OTA

Mine was built in December of 22. I know I did an update to the IPMA, but that was awhile back. Updated via FDRS this weekend and only had an ABS, HCM & APIM.

i believe mine is a 1/22 build but i'll have to check the sticker again to make sure

Does the IPMA also handle lane centering and adaptive cruise control? I have been using as built files from my Dad’s ‘23 501A Lariat in my ‘22 302A. I just put the whole APMI file in mine and I finally have driver profiles now. I’m concerned about doing the same with IPMA because his truck doesn’t have copilot 2.0.

2022, it has the side view cameras functional while using “pro trailer assist”

Not sure why they can’t be told to turn on while indicating too.

That's only when in reverse? My son's Honda civic displays the camera with turn signal. If I had to pick just one feature for my truck that would be it.

I mean really you just need the VIN of a SD that you know has the trailer turn signal function that works, download the AB files for it and compare. You don’t need a whole bunch of trucks to have AI compare for you. I’m fact, people have already posted what values they think need to be changed:

• trailer turn signal view
  • IPMA
    • 706-01-02: 3xxx xxxx xx
  • APIM
    • 7D0-02-03: xxxx x8xx xx (or C)
    • reset APIM under wrench icon

But I have yet to see where someone has them hooked up a trailer and tested. I will at some point, but it will be a few months before my trailer is out and available.

Not sure on the latest APIM, but trailer turn cameras only work on 23 models. Could be because of the APIM, could be due to something else, haven’t heard the reason tracked down

Ok, so after re-reading this thread, maybe one of you guys can help me understand something. Does this work on 2021's or not? I flashed my IPMA with the software from a 2023 HD last night (with the help of someone who knows what he's doing because I sure as hell don't) and made the FORscan changes mentioned by @B-real on the first page of this thread:

I am not getting the toggle on the driver assistance screen to turn the feature on. I will be trailering my boat down to the keys tonight and was hoping to be able to test this out, but not sure what we did wrong.

Never mind.......FORscan changes to the APIM and IPMA were NOT done. I'll make the changes tonight before I hook up the boat.

Another thought going through my mind is if the lighting on my trailer will have enough of a draw to trigger the system to work since all the lighting is LED.
