In a Ford Authority article I read there is going to be a refresh for the F-150. It's probably me, but I'm not understanding when it will happen. It says in 2023, it states it is for the 2024 model. Can someone please explain this to me?

Similar to this is September 2022 and they are taking orders for the 2023 model.

I think October/November is when the production line switches over on the F150.

I hear they are coming out with new interior ambient lighting, parking assist, digital temp readouts in the climate control knobs and massaging seats....maybe even XM Radio.

If what they’re saying is true, that the refresh will make the f150 front end look like the new Ranger and maverick, I’ll stick with my 2023 model…

While I might agree, I'm just now warming up to the 2021-2022 front face after the Gen13, which I preferred.

Although admittedly I like the night-time look (light pattern) of the current generation very much.

Still, it's subjective and although the Gen14 headlights returned to a less interesting look, they are far superior in technology. The glarefree tech is amazing and the night driving vision is the best I've had in a Ford truck ever.
