I saw this same behaviour on my Truck. Also mine was getting put in deep sleep mode. Almost as if the download was so big it was taking to long to download and draining the battery as it was trying to finish.I am also in this boat.

If your truck follows the current trend, you'll get it resent within the next few days.Mine changed to "expired" yesterday, looks like within minutes of the two week mark from when it got sent to me. I got no notification or update from the truck or FordPass app. Not sure what happens next. Bummer!

Still shows 3.5.3 in "update downloading" status.The status for my truck is blank on the website now, but nothing in the Fordpass app that the update went through either. I'll find out in another 20 minutes when I leave work to see what happened.
Looks identical to my report. No, it finally "expired". See post #64 above.@pavementends It seems me an you have the same issue where our trucks are stuck in 3.5.3. limbo. Mine still says it is downloading update... I have purchase access to PTS and can see it each day...it has been updating file since Jan 27. I notice that the right side just says "update to start file download" but the times are basically logs for each time i start my truck. =/
Have you had any luck going past 3.5.3?
