Truck 'In Production' for almost a week - anyone else?

Everyone has that as default. When Ford actually has a real date/estimate of when your truck will arrive at the dealer it will be updated

Another change this morning
The delivery date is now estimated at 2-14.
Transit days went from blank to 12.

My salesman called me last night to let me know it was ‘on the dock’
(Something I already knew, thanks to the tools this forum offered up)
Later he sent me the update from Ford, and it also gave an ETA of 2-14

Jesus christ! Is anyone else taking over a month for delivery??? This really sucks with the amount of trucks making it to inventory, my used 2017 is going to be worthless yet my truck is $500 higher than when I ordered in October. My used truck value is already down ~$4k from back then.

My dealer did say to expect 3-4 weeks. Lets hope for the best and prepare for the worse My truck is being buillt 2/5 so us Cali bois will have our truck soon!!

Just not sure if it on a rail car or a truck.
Truck will get here a lot quicker
Rail, has to go to Houston and then get loaded on a truck to San Antonio.

Says CONVOY (truck), But the dealer tells me that many of the KCM also show up by rail.
Kansas City is only about 12 hours away, But Houston has a large staging area at the railyard, and Houston is only about three hours with heavy traffic.
Rail will certainly add days to the ideal delivery date (Would be Tuesday for me, 'cause I'm off for 4 days after that.).

I’m curious on your transmit time and ETA (if that reflects to San Antonio or Houston). I’m in Houston and mine got built on 1/29 so curious if mine will show something like 2/18 for ETA or earlier if your ETA includes transit to San Antonio.

Our trucks are extremely likely being shipped together... and my dealer Red-MC says totally expect it to take 4 weeks, that it will be late some-way, some-how. Don't get your heart set on a date. If mine comes in late Feb, like late 3rd or 4th week, I'll add stuff to truck and cause delays and sign paperwork after March 1st so I can get new PCO's offered.

After all, if we're gonna wait, let's roll into March's 'truck month' and get new specials and get paid for the wait.

Reading the last few threads, it sounds like the spray in liner is causing a delay by a week or so. Is this for sure or is it speculation? I was hesitant to get the factory liner and now I really wish I would have done an aftermarket once the truck arrived.

My dealer said to let him do the spray in bed liner as it would be delivered quicker. I thought he was just wanting the dealership to make more profit but maybe it is quicker to let dealership do it.
