Hey guys - something maybe everyone else already knows, but I was surprised today. Went to the local dealer with a tape measure. Checked 2 2022s, a lariat FX4 and XLT. Both of these trucks had a 4" rake, one measured 38.5 - 42.5 and the other 37.75 and 41.75. They didn't have any tremors, but the other F150s they had all looked like similar rake. I was thinking this was just a tremor thing. So why is Ford putting 4" rakes on these trucks? My 2015 F150 lariat fx4 has a 2" rake, 38" - 40".

Here you go, @CMC

do you have any pics of the truck on level ground? The front of the truck angled down the driveway will lift the rear of the truck. I’d like to see how it looks on dead level ground.
I replaced my block with a 1”, and now may yank out the 1” block and use no block, then I can remove some preload of my coilovers and try to get it to ride on a cloud.

So I did 2 1/2in level up front and there was still a rake on it. Take it back in tomorrow to lower the rear by 1in and that should make it truly level.

I’ll add the photo once it’s done.

Looks great. May I ask what you used for the lift. The tremor looks amazing. I am considering ordering one. The question is when more than if. I had planned to order a F150 after getting a Bronco and getting it mostly paid off but it is starting to look like I will have the money saved before I get one.

We couldn't stand the rake so we took the rear block out and did shackles on it to bring it down to where we wanted it.

With the level did you have to get your headlight realigned? Or didn’t notice a difference?

I must be different. I like my rake, I wouldn’t want it squatting when towing my bigger boat and enclosed snowmobile trailer.
Finally, not just me. I can only guess everyone doing all of these level mods must not tow much, or certainly not very heavy. If they did, they are going down the road nose-high with reduced visibility. But I've been driving Super Dutys, maybe they just behave differently. I will be glad when I get mine so I can find out!

Iconic Silver here. Covering up the paint with rear wheel well liners really helps aesthetically.

I've had my Iconic Silver Tremor for almost two weeks...love the heck outta that thing.
I measured the top of the wheel wells: 38.5 front, 42.5 rear. It's not ugly by any means, but mo' level would be mo' bettah.

I'm thinking that a wheel well liner in the rear would minimize the appearance of the rake by darkening the well - especially on a silver truck. Anybody have first-hand experience with a liner that they would recommend?

I put the OEM liners, just like I had done on my also white 2012 FX4, and they are fine. But of course I then noticed that the Husky liners are perhaps thicker, and have a flap feature which extends further down on the inside vertical surface providing a lot more protection. If I did it again, I would go with the Husky liners.
