So yes it's down. I have a Canadian Order, but was able to track via the https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ but not in a conventional way.

For us Canadians or maybe Americans the tracker is now looking for an Token and Order Number before providing the information. In Firefox, you can inspect the elements and find the request it's sending.

You have to press the "XHR" button on the right hand side over by the settings gear and type "aem" in the bar next to the trash can icon. These two things were highlighted in the image posted by random1

Very interesting. For us non-techies, can you simplify this and copy and paste a string here, which we can copy and paste somewhere after inputting our own vin? I'm not sure exactly what you've done here

EDIT: I've confirmed that changing the values do not work. Each order has a different token.

First you need to actually input your order number and VIN number to the page and click submit. Then in the console, Click on "XHR" and search for the term "aem" it should bring up the link.

What do you know. It worked. Mine now shows "In Transit" ETA 30 Mach. Hope it goes a bit faster than that, but probably not

It worked great but it still shows my truck is in Production so I don't like the results.

Looks like they changed the tracker back to normal now, no more order number required and the track on this site works again.

I changed order number and VIN and it worked for me.

It looks like Ford reversed the system. The checking of Order Number and Token is no longer happening this afternoon. Don't know why.

I just want any kind of update past the in production status. Mine was built on 2/18, but nothing has updated since then. No awaiting shipment, no shipped, not even the built status on the Ford tracker. And I’m not even waiting for a bed liner or anything. It’s just been in limbo for the past 2 and a half weeks. Tracker still has an ETA of next week.

I'm in the exact same boat as you, except mine was built 2/2!
