Towing Question w/ 3.0L Powerstroke?

Yeah the engine chews a lot of it up and then the trim level eats the rest up. For some it makes sense not for others. For me diesel hovers about 10 to 20 cents more than reg 87. But the mpg is pretty big that counts when you are putting high mileage daily

you are spot on. Diesel always been known for towing, so it’s just wild to me still. I do agree that for commuting the MPG savings is where it’s at. Now thinking about it I should of gone diesel instead of hyper milking my EB hybrid to get the advertised 24mpg ?

I’ve seen/heard similar numbers, and not sure how really…I mean the sideline critic in me would argue, the cutout would if anything be less weight. LOL Maybe more bracing and the weight of glass?

Whats the diesel vs gas cost diff here is a dirty calc you maybe better off the EB
