To me, one of the most disturbing things is the upcoming need to spend time in/out of the dealership and at least in my case it has to be during week days, meaning time off work.
Where can you see what version your truck is on ? I can see it on Ford Pass on my desk top, it says V4.0..20301, is that what it should be ? And is there a way to check it in the truck ?
I called Ford support today. Was informed that a update failed to go through more then a few times and I would have to take to dealer to get the Software updates done. Made an appointment for next wednesday to get the update. The service writer said they had a few trucks that were built early in the year with same issue. Only bad thing he said was my truck is a few updates behind and will probably take dealor 4-8 hours to download and install multiple updates. I should get a few new features he said. Fingers crossed.
Looks like yours is 20301 but to confirm you can check settings in your radio unit I won't have access to mine until tomorrow night so can't point you exactly right direction but its there in settings...?maybe settings-vehicle- about sync?
If it really is 20301 than its definitely outdated even if it says up to date my buddy recently got an update for 21146 revision 145
