Tire size with a 2” level

What’s going on y’all! I’m new near! I know everyone is probably excited about their new trucks and new builds. I just recently ordered a 2021 lariat sport 502A FX4 at my local dealer.

I’m already looking at ordering parts and having them ready for when it arrives. I’m wanting to do a 2” level with ReadyLift and add some A/T tires 33-34’s.
What do y’all think...I’m looking at the Toyo Open Country AT3’s, Ridge Grapplers, or KO2’s. The sizes I’m thinking are 295/60/20, 285/65/20, or 285/60/20. I’m not wanting any rubbing or any trimming so I’m not sure which size to go with. What do y’all recommend? I’m wanting to keep the ride quality as good as possible but adding that bad ass look at the same time.

On a side note, has anyone noticed that the new runningboards sound very loud? I currently have a 2017 Ford F150 platinum with runningboards and they are not loud compared to what they sound like now.

It’s not going to be perfectly level. I think there will still be a small rake, but I don’t wanna go over 2” either. 2” will be very close to level, and plenty IMO. The higher you go the more the ride quality will suffer.

Yea I don’t want any rubbing, especially on the UCA at full lock. Iv had that issue before and don’t wanna do that again. But I had true 35’s on a 2” level on my 17 F150.

You want 275/65/20. That's your realistic max.

I did the 2" and it sits just a bit low in the front, the 2.25 would probably be perfectly level. On a side note the ride quality did not suffer one bit with my set up.

working on it. 295/60/20 is what I'm looking at going with.

I have started to lean towards the 275/65-20. Just slightly taller than the 295, but stock width. More importantly, there are more choices of tire brands and they run $80-$100 per tire cheaper than their 295/60-20 counterpart.

That is the size I went with. I still need to level when the parts are in stock. Everything is fine without rubbing for now unless I full turn and go in reverse. I have a powerboost and pretty sure my mileage took a hit (as expected)

Not my truck. But this truck is leveled with the 285/65/20 Nitto RG.

Where do you rub at? UCA or like a plastic piece on the body?
