There has been a lot of great feedback on this thread. I am definitely weighing the 360 cameras more heavily now. With a bed topper it seems to make even more sense. If I could get a lightly optioned 2023 XLT 301a around 1900 payload I would be very happy with that. My concern is that I would order the truck and it come to the lot with less than 1700 payload which would be an issue for our needs. In my mind its primarily intelligent access/push start + 360 cameras versus over 2200 payload.
that’s very similar to what I have:

5.0, 301A, 4x4, supercab, locking 3.73 rear, tailgate step, side black step bars

payload sticker is 1998 lb.

I just saw your 302A post, it is a very nice option if you can spring for it.

That is great to hear. I wonder if 302a with its "fancy" features will reduce that number by much. Regardless, that is very reassuring to see such a high payload in a similar optioned truck.

its surprising how the options add up, when I built mine it just happened by chance, but I think sticking with a supercab had a lot to do with it since there is no pillar between the doors and less a foot of metal in the back.
