Six weeks ago my dealer made the almost all day attempt to install the "fix" for the no update problem. It did not work. They contacted Ford for help and all they have been getting is when Ford hangs up the phone they forget all about it. So no fix for my truck.
Well, I guess it about time for me to get on the phone with Ford and put in my $60,000.00 worth of two cents and politely bitch to Ford to do something so I can get my truck fixed. With that in mind for others that have called Ford, what is the BEST number to use to place my complaint?
(This is ridiculous that Ford made something that they can not fix.)
