Six weeks ago my dealer made the almost all day attempt to install the "fix" for the no update problem. It did not work. They contacted Ford for help and all they have been getting is when Ford hangs up the phone they forget all about it. So no fix for my truck.
Well, I guess it about time for me to get on the phone with Ford and put in my $60,000.00 worth of two cents and politely bitch to Ford to do something so I can get my truck fixed. With that in mind for others that have called Ford, what is the BEST number to use to place my complaint?
(This is ridiculous that Ford made something that they can not fix.)

Find another dealer or do it yourself. It’s not hard. Dealers just can’t seem to read and follow instructions.

Sounds like you have the same problem I have. As I asked in my post, does any one have a good number to bitch at Ford for not helping my dealer fix my truck?

As for doing it myself: I am not an electrical engineer and I doubt that the upgrading is that easy.

You can open a case with the Ford Customer Relationship Center (CRC) at 1 (800) 392-3673.

That's what I did. While I didn't open my case until just days before my truck was finally done and all SW updates had been performed (2 months and 4 days later), that would be the number to call.
