Computer estimates I will get 1160 kms which = 722 Miles

I have found the secret - just need some warmer weather - this engine and hybrid set up HATES the cold. Truck has been in Normal the whole time, mostly rural driving with a little bit of highway - if you drive like a dick all time time - it’s still pretty good.

Constantly trying to get better mileage. Vehicle lifetime average 19MPG over 9500 miles. Central coast california - so perfect weather, usually between 65F and 75F.

My downfall most of the time is short trips between 2 miles and 6 miles. Perhaps it's also the heavier lariat 502a features, although not sure how much effect a few extra microchips would have!

Warmer weather certainly helps. As does fewer short trips when not warm and not being at 80-85 on the freeway.

Typical city trip for me. Speed limits run between 25 and 45 on this route. Notice the last cruise setting was at 45 MPH. This trip was 26.8 mpg averaging about 30 mph. I get about 20-21 at 80 on the highway.

Overall very pleased. Drive for economy and get rewarded. Pulls a boat trailer great. And flogging it is rewarding as well.

Outperforms my previous truck in every category.

I can get 24mph between home and the airport (32 miles mostly highway) if I drive like my grandma.

20 if I drive like me.

21.9 mpg lifetime mileage @ 18,000 miles. I reset Trip2 just after leaving the dealer. Apparently TRIP only goes up to 9,999. Mostly typical traffic flow speeds with some spirited driving mixed in.

Lifetime avg 19.6. (Right at 15000mi)
Can coax 23-24 on longer stretches of rural roads under 60mph
Gets around 17-18 on freeway at 80.
I don’t get much city miles at all, and my shortest weekend coffee run is 15 miles round trip with one stop light between start and destination.
