Hi All, I have to admit that I did chicken out and took the monthly suscription As I am hesitante about loosing
what I got very lately and have to go thru an horror show ( using my dealer) if I did not pay for the extension, Ill think about it for a few month, as 100.00$ /mth+tax start to cost a lot or 750.00$ for the 3 year ( Best Deal ) it still a lot of money over the tag price 85,000.00$ cdn + tax this is 115,00.00$ if I can I would have kicked my self in the but!!!

So Canada had a discount offer for 2021 trucks as they did here in US?

I had no idea Blue cruise required a monthly subscription.

You messed up. The 3 year deal was a gift for those that qualified for it.

2021 F-150 King Ranch PowerBoost - no longer have this.
I actually signed up for the three-year deal and Ford messed up the processing.

So now they want $800 per year and IMHO it just isn't worth it. I find it all sufficiently irritating that I'm starting to look for alternatives.

Reach out to customer service and they will fix it. It happened to a lot of people.

As well it should. That way those who want it are the ones paying for it, instead of everyone buying a non BC Ford. I understand BC buyers probably paid something for the hardware upfront, but If continued service and updates were "free" that only means it's wrapped into the price everyone pays, BC option or not. No thanks.

I suppose Ford could wrap the future subscription into the initial BC price, but that would increase the upfront costs, making fewer buyers choose it. This way owners can opt out if they're not impressed with the system and save their money... again, ensuring only those who want it pay.

Does anyone know what the annual cost is if I decide to get this on my truck?

I’ve used it a few times and it is nice. Not $800 a year nice though. Maybe a couple hundred for me.

It's not worth it. It will bug you to death. Always nagging. Blink three times. Nag. Blow your nose, disconnect. Very limited roads where it works. If the exit your going by has the wrong paint, disconnect. It's really pretty bad.

But I'm biased. I installed open pilot. It's 1100.00. No subscription ever. Auto pilot in EVERY road! Works exactly like BC. Same button. You can use Open Pilot steer and still have ford's intelligent cruse control. Or you can can have Openpilot do both steering and braking and gas. No disconnect on any street. My f150 will change lanes, exit one hiway and enter a other. Think clover leaf exits. Total braking control on every road. Stop and go traffic without any intervention.

For those whose time it is to renew, there may be a FREE 1 year offer waiting for them. Mach-es are getting it, have not yet seen an F150 report the offer to be there.
