I’m looking for some temporary seat covers i can easily throw on/take off when I’m doing dirty work. Something waterproof, easy to wash, preferably non-slip, and won’t ruin my truck’s seats.
For example, maybe something like this (tho it doesn’t satisfy all my conditions above):

What do y’all use, if anything? Did you find something like this that you like, or did you just use a towel or something?

I have a set from Rough Country on. Should meet all your criteria.

If you keep surfing Amazon you'll find similar but better options.
I have one that is more like a neoprene and one that is like a very thin microfiber with a vinyl backing. Neither is still available and for me they used maybe a dozen times total each year between my car and truck.

The ones that work best for occasional use are a big waterproof backed towel with a loose fitting pocket to go over the headrest.

Avoid any less than 5 feet long and any with a tightly fitted headrest area. I don't think the one you linked to is waterproof and the headrest pocket may be too small. What I am describing is maybe not suited for you if it will be used for days at a time. Anything really waterproof will block ventilated seats ..

I don’t need anything for days at a time. This is more like I have weekend dirty work to do.

Most of the ones I’ve seen on Amazon that were not fitted and still anti-slip had a backing. Some of the reviews claimed that backing would come off, seemingly especially on leather seats.

I’ll look closer at y’alls suggestions and see if theywill work for me. Thx

Depends on what kind of dirty we are talking about. For the back seats, for mud, I just use the same dog covers we use for when the dogs are with us, they’re a commercial seat cover for dogs make of a reasonably tough washable fiber. Front seats, a product like Zengineer linked is what I’d use for mud. It’s a tad harder if you’re talking about oils like coming home from a day wrenching as a mechanic, as not everything that will stop oil is washable.
