does the F 150 hybrid qualify for any federal tax credits?
I had a hybrid escape years ago that qualified for a Federal tax credit.

No, the Federal Government ended non-plug-in hybrid credits some time ago. In order to qualify, you have to be full electric or a plug-in hybrid. Check with your state, however, as they have some states still offer an incentive.

Not directly related, but... I did get a sales tax credit when I traded in my 2010 Lariat as part of the 2021 purchase.

Michigan law allows a 6% sales tax credit for trading in a vehicle (auto, boat, motorcycle), up to $7000 for said vehicle.

In my case I received a $420 credit.

That’s fantastic. In Arkansas, like many other states, the value of my trade-in is subtracted from the total price of the new vehicle for tax purposes. So, instead of paying 6.5% of $65,000 you pay 6.5% of $30,000.
