The letters for the F-150 were pre-cut from TVD Vinyl Graphics. Very inexpensive and great quality. The rest I cut. Used 3M matte black vinyl and 3M knifeless tape. Video link below. Pretty easy to use. Biggest challenge is laying out the tape on the body lines.

Ah yeah, I emailed TVD since I want matte red, but they only sell black in matte, everything else is gloss. I may have to convince my wife to use her cricut machine to print out some custom vinyl for the letters.
