Anyone else have the issue with the Navigation not working at all? The maps won’t even pull up. I believe I’ve got the latest update. However last September an OTA update failed and since then my Navigation stopped completely, no maps at all.
Called Ford, they are unable to remote view the Sync system. They asked if the FordPass app worked, and yes it does. In the shop today per Ford to figure out why. (They had it once in Nov already.) Was already told by the Service Advisor that Ford would send and OTA to fix before I even dropped it off. Can’t receive OTA if the system that sends those doesn’t recognize that I have Sync to begin with. Can’t use Blue Cruise either without Navigation.
