Swapping the Lariat rear bumper for the Tremor rear bumper

Anyone else willing to send a photo or two that used these factory tail pipes, showing how close said drivers side tail pipe comes to the drivers side rubber brake lines (that run from axle to frame). Looking ay my truck seems like these rubber lines would be real close. (Rubber lines on my truck in red). I know the breather tube and harness can be zipped out of way, those arent a concern. Its just these darn brake lines.

I see the Tremor has the rear hooks (pull hooks). Is that coming from the hitch specific to the Tremor? Or are they bolt on? I didn’t see this mentioned in the thread.

Those hooks are part of the Tremor hitch.

I like this parts list… is there any need to replace any hardware? Any exhaust hangers needed? I just purchased the bumper caps.

has anyone found aftermarket dual exhaust solutions? I think I’d rather have a bigger tip (stock appears to be 3” and I would prefer 4”)

Yes you need hangers and other bits.

Im actually compiling a spreadsheet with every nut, bolt, hanger, issue, etc and will share once done.

Biggest hurdle are the brake lines and driver side tail pipe interference. BM3 posted pic of it working with some zip ties. Im considering having an exhaust shop make an adjustment but we will see! Godspeed on your journey!

I’m thinking it’ll be easier and more cost effective to just get an exhaust fabbed up from the exit of the muffler to the bumper. I guess maybe the stock chrome exhaust was only 3”, I put the black, dual wall slash cut black ford performance tip on my side exit. I may just pick up a second one of those and use it for my dual exhaust

Easier is contingent on your local exhaust shop of choice. Going factory gets it to fit straight away. Either way works tho. Godspeed!

That's what I did when I did my Tremor rear bumper swap. My local exhaust shop was able to make everything flush and OEM looking within minutes.
