Curious, did you apply something to the exhaust tips? They appear to have a sheen to them. My exhaust tips (BAP) are flat black.

I wonder if the new super duty bumper can used in the same way? I love the steps in the gmc bumper and love that ford is doing their own version, hopefully with the refresh that the f150 get it as well

I agree bumper steps are a game changer, now side bed steps are a no go!

Does anyone know if the oem single in/dual out muffler from the 3.5L tremor/BAP will also fit the 2.7L? Thinking of doing this same mod on my 2.7L

Just go to an exhaust or muffler shop. Will end up being cheaper and getting exactly what you want!

Yup, they use the same muffler and mounts across different engines so everything is pretty cross compatible. Only thing might be some slight differences in tube size, seems like 2.7s like to use 2.5" tube and 3.5s like to use 2.75" tube before the muffler.

Third time was the charm finally came in correct with a new part number superseded to ML3Z- 17906-KAPTM rear bumper assembly with dual exhaust minus left/right additional park sensors

Little bit of progress lastnight after work, just awaiting proper retainers for the park sensors. Then muffler shop visit.

Sorry I don't have a picture. Currently I'm using the stock muffler, he had to fabricate a custom Y pipe for the duals to fit because our stock muffler (5.0L) has one inlet and one outlet. The 3.5 Tremor muffler has the correct configuration for duals one inlet and two outlets. Just on the fence right now still very quiet with the new dual setup, I would like to change our stock muffler to a Borla or Vibrant just unsure which direction to go.
So @BM3
Parts need list-
ML3Z- 17906-KAPTM Rear Bumper Assembly
ML3Z-5202-H / ML3Z-5202-J OEM Ford Exhaust pipe
Custom Y pipe to the muffler

What was the correct part number for the side sensor and mounts?
Did you extend the wires?

Looks great and I love the 100% Factory Look.

Is that one tail pipe number ending with -H correct? I see the same number but ending in -K instead on BAP and tremor trucks in the lot?

-K represents a new revision to the part number, was it 5.0 Tremor/Bap you saw this new part number?

It was multiple 3.5 baps and 3.5 tremors. All their drivers side tailpipes had dash K, not dash H. So if im understanding you then thats simply the updated part likely due to a change ? Appreciate it.

Ford F-150 Swapping the Lariat rear bumper for the Tremor rear bumper PXL_20230117_003737593

Well seems my brake lines and other wiring from frame to axle on my 21 lariat was run right where the drivers side tail pipe would go. On the bap trucks i see they ran the brake lines to the center of the axle instead and the rest of thus mess quite differently. How are you all getting around this spaghetti mess when adding dual exhaust?

Just take out that plastic spacer line holder deal, then carefully zip tie all the lines up and out of the way enough for the pipe to pass, but where they can still flex and move. Have done this on my past two trucks with zero issues.
