You might be right. Here are both for comparison:

Everything looks good except that “Trailer Hitch Bar Kit”, I see both and I’m not sure which is correct. It might be worth a phone call to Ford Parts dept guy who can tell which is correct. Also, those sensor clips are confusing and require painting. If I were you I would try trimming off one of the tabs to get them to fit. Many have gone that route including myself. Only one tab needs to be removed for the sensor to correctly clocked.

Seems like you have it. What’s your plan for the muffler and pipes?

Good luck.

Thank you. Will order once I finish the interior and front work.

For the exhaust I'm ordering a Borla Touring and will have a muffler shop cut about 4" from it. We'll see whats needed beyong that. I'm sure I'll need some hangers as well.

just finished my swap. Photo attached. I have an extra intermediate hanger and hardware (you only neee 1, I bought 2). Just PM me. You also don’t need any other hardware outside of the black button head screws for the tremor bumper brackets, you can salvage the clips and bolts from the old bumper. I’ll post an updated parts sheet when I get a chance.

Here is my parts list. Swap was completed on a 2022 super crew lariat 3.5

I opted for the corsa catback, part 21185blk (black tips).

I have the intermediate hanger and hardware sitting in my garage if anyone else is wanting to try this. I bought an extra by mistake.

Lots of good info here but it just reminds me how much I wish I had have ordered a 23 RCSB instead of procrastinating and having to order a 24.

You should be able to do it with the parts in my list plus the new step pad. I have an extra intermediate hanger and hardware I’ll sell you so that’ll save you some cash as well.

Well I am just putting the finishing touches to my 2024 RCSB dual rear exit exhaust. I modified my original one piece rear bumper and I think it turned out really good. All I had to purchase to carry out the upgrade was three exhaust mounts for a total cost of less than $100. I got the factory dual exhaust for free from a dealership that replaced it for a customer who wanted a aftermarket exhaust installed. Seems like a win, win situation to me.I will post some pictures when it is completed.

Well my dual rear exit exhaust upgrade is finally finished. The pros of doing it this way is obviously the low cost, next is you don’t have to change any of the reverse sensing mounts or wiring or license plate lamps. Next good thing is you don’t have to try and stretch or extend the wiring for the trailer connector.I have a factory exhaust, which is what I wanted but this would also work for an aftermarket system. The cons are you have to carry out a little fabrication, ie cutting Into your factory one piece bumper and moving the wiring and brake hose away from the left side pipe that snakes around the spare tire but you have to do this even if you chose to go with the factory two piece dual exit bumper. Also I had to extend the factory exhaust tips because they ended up being too short to extend past the one piece bumper.Total cost was less than $100 and it actually looks really good.

Thanks Avalance150, yes it turned out better than I had anticipated. If you are careful when you modify the rear bumper you won’t even have to paint it except for the edge that you cut out for the modification .In the future I may colour match the bumpers but it’s not a top priority.I have some other upgrades I am planing to do first,Hopefully this will help people who are thinking of maybe doing this.

The dual rear exit exhaust install is finally finished, and my next project is to fabricate my own traction bars.I am not very impressed by the aftermarket options and I think I can do better for a third of the cost. I will endeavour to keep you updated if anyone is interested.I will probably have to start a new thread.

Hey just checking in on this thread, just picked up a ‘25 XLT CREW 5.0 and I really wanna do this mod. Couldn’t find a BAP when I bought my truck. Will this parts list get me to where I wanna be with dual exhaust?
Seen one post says that I won’t have to have but two of the sensors?
I’ve read this entire post and great info here.
Thanks in advance

You should be able to get it done with parts from line 3-19. If you want to intermediate hanger and bolts I have, let me know. You can trim you outside sensor retainers to fit the new bumper, I was not able to locate the correct ones. You may look back in the thread for the part number to the black button head bolts that were mentioned, I believe those are used for the reinforcement brackets. Just to make sure my part number is correct. You’ll need the 4 sensor bumper if you don’t have active park assist for parallel parking.
