Trying to decide which size tire I want to run on my factory Sport 20s between the following:
285/65/R20
295/65/R20
295/60/R20
35 x 12.50R20

The truck will be leveled on a Ford Performance (Fox) 2” kit. My personal opinion is that 35 x 12.50 seems to be too much without a full lift.

If you have a leveled truck with any of these tire sizes please post a pic (side shot preferred) so I can decide. Thanks!!

Im sure you've been asked before but have you had any MPG loss after the level/new tires? My powerboost should be here any minute and was thinking of performing the same upgrades.

2" Rough Country leveling kit with 285/65/20 BFG KO2s. Definitely had a MPG hit, but hard to tell how much exactly with the speedo not calibrated. I'd guess 2-3 MPG. Ride quality is great and hardly any noticeable noise. No rubbing, no trimming, etc.

I don't think you can go wrong either way. I went with 285/65/20 KO2s because I was able to get a discount on them. I was considering both, but getting these tires for $200 cheaper made my mind up.

Stock wheels (+44 offset) or aftermarket with less? You will also want to see shots showing how much these tires poke outside the wheel wells considering the offset.

Some people love this look and others, like me, like taller, thinner tires (I am running 275/65r20 on stock wheels with no level). For KO2's for instance, here are the spec from 275 up to the largest Tire Rack carries:

Should have included that info. I’ll be using the stock 20” sport wheels.

I would say it is about a 2-4mpg hit.
