Really loved the space white online pics. Saw one in a Walmart parking lot on a cloudy day and that thing was 100% baby blue. Couldn’t do it… but they look good in full sun.

wife’s timberline has the tri coat metallic and it looks great and 3 layers of paint so way less prone to chipping…

Are you sure you meant Star White?
Star White is the tricoat metallic White that basically was a rename of Platinum White from previous years.

Space White, on the other hand, is a white that is very sensitive to light angles and can be Grey, silver, white, and have blue huge to it in certain conditions.

I only ask because I have a vehicle in both Whites. The KingRanch Powerboost is Star White and matches my previous KingRanch in Platinum White.

My Mach-E is Space White and is a different color everytime I look at it. But never as White as the truck(s)

The color has blueish hue and it changes under different light conditions. It's off-white when it's sunny and getting more light blueish gray when cloudy or raining.

Thanks for this info! That baby blue color that appears in certain conditions is very concerning. I also wouldn't love that..

And my issue with the star white metallic is ive seen it have a yellowish tint in the white with certain angles and lighting, and I hate that too.. Have you ever noticed that??


If the damn plain ol' oxford white was available on a Platinum PB, I'd just get that..

I just wish I could see this in person. Im hoping a local dealer will have one in stock soon once the 25s start delivering to them.. Its just so hard to see it clearly in photos. Although I can see the potential of those shade differences in the different lights... But is the shaded area actually blue or just a darker area from the shadow?? Just so hard to tell. Thanks again!
