Any one else having problems with sirius radio not connecting?

Can get wfi streaming channels but not satellite channels. Have truck for three weeks with no luck after

talking to 12 xm reps.

?, is your tuner giving you a no signal message?

Seems you have an XM receiver "antenna" issue.

I'm beginning to believe so. Do's not xm streaming and xm satellite use the same receiver?

Call XM and tell them to refresh. You might have to give them your radio ID.

I have been having issues with mine but the error that i get is: "Hardware Problem". Sometimes the XM works, sometimes it does not. Haven't yet talked to the dealer or XM about the issue.

I've done that 12 times over the last three weeks. Last three times was told that the supervisor will call back, so far no callback! Holidays??

It ended up being connected to multiple other faults and was eventually corrected when they replaced the ACM I believe. My 3 month trial expired a while back so I haven't tried using it again.

The dealer replaced the ACM and another module and my XM still freezes after I turn it off temporarily and back on. The service told me it was a problem with the Sync 3 software and they are working on it. I saw where Sync 1 and 2 had software issues and the was a class action suit. In '23 I read they are replacing Sync 3 with another software. Nothing is plugged to my USB ports or anything else. It's my belief that they have a software problem they don't know how to fix.

I kept getting the "Hardware Problem" code. Dealer replaced the ACM for free and it corrected the problem.
