I just want to put a quick post up so if you are ordering from them, make sure they have your product IN STOCK!
I placed an order on 10/10, billed right away to my PayPal account, I waited 3 weeks with no shipping info or correspondence from them, when I did call them they stated it was not in stock awaiting shipment to them, but this is not listed when you look up the part or even when you order it, they said they don’t list it in stock, what? They don’t list it as anything, so I wait another 2 weeks to email about it, I’m priority on the list, when they arrive within a week. 9 days later(today) I call and they still don’t have them, frustrating, I ask for a refund and they try to sell me a comparable item, said no thanks just refund my money you sat on for 2 months. Now is it just me, or is that kind of business just wrong?
Ok, rant over, and I do document my calls and emails so I can speak factually when I make or talk of a complaint.
