If you look on Walmart.com they had a Roush CAI available last year when I got mine and it was under $300 when I bought it

Mine fit fine. Put about as much faith in YT "pros" as the redneck across the street with stack exhaust on a 85 S10.

I go back and forth on cold air intakes a lot. On one hand I want to get one, because on the last one I got for my 2013 Sierra, it did help my MPGs by about 2 mpg. On the other hand, all these new trucks are engineered to work with the factory intake where a new one won’t really achieve much as far as MPGs go.

I suppose if I were to do heads, cam, exhaust, headers, etc.. that’s about the only time I’d upgrade an intake, but am I gonna do all that? Nope.

Check out this site between all the intakes there 1000s of POSITIVE reviews. Just because you are throwing a fit about them doesn't mean corporations are lying. There are plenty of happy customers again just cause you think corporations are out to get you doesn't make it true.

Where are the Torque and HP gains per vehicle after installing the shiny doo-das? Is it because there aren't any. Just keep your ride waxed because it reduces friction cutting your quarter mile times by 2-3 seconds. Trust me (then send me a check).

I am trading in my 2018 GMC 6.2 so i took the AFE CAI intake off and put the stock one back on. I can tell the difference for sure.
