That's stupid cheap -- same as Tesla did on the CyberTruck. I thought the $500 refundable deposit for the Mach E made more sense.

I'm not sure why the Mach-E's was so high. The Bronco was $100 also. I suppose they didn't want the same scam some people pulled with Tesla, reserving and then selling their reservation spots. Who knows.

Not impressed, front end, grill look so so. Ford is wrapping the glass house which is their headquarters to turn it into a huge outdoor screen, I assume this is where the reveal will happen.

There have been a good number of folks disappointed with the styling. My theory: Ford is trying to stay conservative and tasteful with their styling. In their past, they have had some serious duds when it comes to styling. The Expedition prior to the 2018 was sales-reduced because of the poor styling. You all know of other examples from the past. So, I'm glad they are sticking with "tasteful" and not "outlandish" which definitely is the current tendency in many consumer goods. Yes, I would have preferred to have something just a "smidgeon" more cutting edge, but rather they be conservative than screw it up. You won't grow to be ashamed to drive that truck after years pass.
