Thank you Rugedraw. All those software updates need to be done, is that it? Or is it showing that they have been done? I had it at the dealer yesterday and they didn't mention anything. No problem taking it back if that's what you suggest I should do.Last OTA was 4.2.4 back in October. You're missing the 6.x.x updates as well as some bug fix updates. In your case, I think it is just a matter or patience. just looks like no love from the OTA gods. I don't see reason to be concerned as far as there being an issue with your truck.
The OTA failed to install on 2/19 due to the folllowing error:
"errorCode":"DiffSpaceCheckFailed(83)""errorCategory":"ERROR_CATEGORY_ALM(3)""ecuId":"2000""fpn":"PU5T-14H009-FAB"
I do not know exactly what that means, but it is nothing you did wrong and it did not fail due to your battery. Nothing you can do now but wait for it to be resent and hope for better luck next time.
Same situation as the first person I responded to on this post. Last OTA was 4.2.4 followed by a PU APIM update after that. so you're needed the 6.x.x updates and some bug fix updates. Your truck is fine. Many people stopped getting updates where you guys are at, but the issue is Ford's crappy OTA process and not your truck.
