I am getting an occasional rattle in the dash. The evaporator has been replaced. I read somewhere that the dash needs to be pulled for this. I am wondering if something like a tool was left in the dash. The rattle only happens occasionally. It sounds like a small tool (wrench or socket) is rolling around on a piece of plastic. I can go for a week or so without hearing it then I will hit a substantial bump or particularly rough railroad tracks and it shows up again. I took it back to the dealer and by the time I got there it had stopped. It has started and stopped several times since then, but I can’t get it to do it on command so I think I’m going to have to figure it out myself. Sounds like it’s behind the digital garage cluster. Wondering if anyone has instructions on how to remove this part of the dash?
